Bouncing off that movie studio idea (or at least its title), I believe Southland is an excellent space to shoot ads and films. The light is good in summer, we have all sorts of scenery around. Rather than wait until stories about Southland (Fastest Indian, Pork Pie) shoot here, let’s create our own studio here – cheap warehouse space, great op shops. Create an industry here in film.
