Retail Shops, Cafes Opening Hours Improvement

If we want to have a pleasant Town, we have to start by having People in the streets.

I understand that would need a change of mentality from the Retail Owners , workers or Chamber of Commerce ( or whoever is responsible for it );

Invercargill shops opening hours are not compatible with a town this big. need to have Cafes and Retail Shops open until later ( 8 pm for example ); Currently the CBD is just Depressing after 5 pm and Worse in the Weekends, it looks like a Ghost Town.

We need to change this.
